Next Energy relocated to 75 Grosvenor Street,a building that beautifully blends modern finishes with traditional styles. The space was developed with meticulous attention to detail, showcasing rich textures and elegant design elements throughout.

The historic period features of the building were carefully preserved and restored, respecting its Grade-Two listing and proud Georgian heritage, ensuring a seamless fusion of contemporary design and classic architectural charm.

The space at 75 Grosvenor Street features both a Heritage side and a modern CAT A side. We proposed utilising the Heritage side for Next Energy’s meeting suite, as its impressive architectural features would enhance the visitor experience and create a distinguished setting for important meetings.

Next Energy consists of two entities that required a clear separation, which we addressed by incorporating a “Chinese wall” division. The new CAT A space naturally lent itself to this layout, ensuring both privacy and functionality for the two distinct teams.
