The Smarty Train is an educational platform that uses interactive, gamified learning to help students improve their skills in a fun and engaging way.
For our proposal for their space, we highlighted their 4 key values:
– People – People have always been at the heart of our discussions, and their team has played a significant role in shaping and influencing our proposal.
– Productivity – Recognising the importance of teamwork, dedicated
collaboration zones are strategically integrated throughout the office to enhance productivity. These spaces foster open communication and the exchange of ideas, ultimately contributing to improved employee
satisfaction.
– Wellness – Designed with the team at its core, we’ve created a variety of working environments to cater to individual needs—ranging from
acoustically mindful phone booths and quiet desk spaces to vibrant
collaboration areas and dynamic social zones.
– Sustainability – The space has been designed with sustainability at its core, starting from the very first sketch. Every material choice is
carefully selected with a focus on sustainability, each backed by a strong story of environmental responsibility and impact.
Entrance / Meeting rooms – Concentrate
The design was crafted to evoke calmness, focus, and tranquility, perfectly suited for a formal meeting environment.
Open Plan – Collaboration
By incorporating warmer, richer tones, the design fosters an atmosphere that encourages creativity and enthusiasm throughout the space.
Breakout – Celebrate
In the key social space, our aim was to infuse fun and energy, crafting a vibrant and uplifting environment that radiates positivity and joy.
